The union is the only thing that keeps us country with a fighting chance. The companies that use unions are not poor companies if it was so bad how are they paying them so much money and at the same time maximizing so much profit. And the companies that have workers that are nonunion have extreme profit, while the American makes less and struggles more gestures to survive day day

The concept sounds good but in practice not so much. Many low income neighborhoods are in prime areas close to the rivers, parks, Center City with beautiful views etc. You move low income people from these prime areas then gentrify those areas to higher income out of towners or uptowners. Giving them the high end prime locations. Secondly, many low income residents don’t have lawns and yards. When they are relocated to greener areas many do not keep the outside of the property up. That takes education ( some literally don’t know how to landscape and garden), resources ( it’s expensive and time consuming), and a sense of pride to want to maintain curb appeal. The first chance they get they cover the grass with concrete!!!!!! We moved there for the lawns!!!! Build where they are at with the their families, history, and shared governance. Improve their resources and make it greener. Stop shuffling people around and lead with a shelter in place philosophy.
